How does ordering a custom jacket work?

Choose your design, then pick your design level, size, and color. Add your name-tape text and any design notes at checkout — then we get to work handcrafting your one-of-one piece.

How long will my jacket take?

Every jacket is made to order, and current turnaround is 3–6 weeks from the date you place your order.

What are the design levels?

Signature, Lite Bling, and Heavy Bling describe the level of embellishment on your jacket — from classic detailing up to full statement sparkle. The options shown on each product page are the levels available for that design.

What sizes do you offer?

XS through 2XL. Check our Sizing Chart before ordering — custom pieces are final sale, so let's get the fit right the first time.

Can I send in my own jacket?

Yes! We love a personal piece. See our Shipping & Returns page for how to send it in, and please use tracked shipping.

What should I put for my name tape?

Anything you want — your name, nickname, a word that represents you. Just double-check the spelling before checkout: it's stitched exactly as entered.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We ship within the United States and to Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties or taxes.

How do I care for my jacket?

Treat it like the couture it is: spot-clean embellished areas, wash inside-out on gentle only if needed, and hang to dry. Heat and agitation can loosen hand-applied detailing.

Is the camouflage real military material?

Yes. We work with genuine pre-loved military garments, and the camo used in our designs is sourced from veterans across the country.
