This website is operated by DeJaDezignd LLC. Throughout the site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to DeJaDezignd LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available here, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Custom, made-to-order products

Every DeJaDezignd jacket is handcrafted to order — a one-of-one piece made for you. Please note:

Current turnaround time is 3–6 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Double-check your size, color, design level, and the spelling of any name-tape text before checkout. Your jacket is made exactly as ordered.

Because each piece is customized for you, all sales are final. If your jacket arrives with a craftsmanship defect, you're covered by our 7-day repair-or-remake guarantee (see our Shipping & Returns page).

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

4. Send-in-your-jacket orders

You may send in your own jacket for customization — just follow the instructions on our Shipping & Returns page. Please use tracked shipping. DeJaDezignd LLC is not responsible for garments lost or damaged in transit to us.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States and to Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text, graphics, and branding on this site are the property of DeJaDezignd LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
