Shipping
Every DejaDezignd piece is handcrafted and made to order, so please read this before you check out.
Production time
Custom jackets are built by hand after your order is placed. Please allow 3–6 weeks for production before your piece ships. Turnaround can vary with design complexity and order volume. You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your jacket is on its way.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you're outside these areas, email us at info@dejadezignd.org before ordering and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. The rate you see before you pay is the rate you'll be charged.
Canadian orders
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are set by your government and are the responsibility of the customer. DejaDezignd has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because each piece is one-of-one, we cannot replace an order shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us right away and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped.
Sending in your own jacket
If you're sending us your own camo or denim jacket to customize, we'll email you shipping instructions after purchase. Production time starts when your jacket arrives at our studio.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but never showed up, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Every DejaDezignd jacket is a one-of-one piece of wearable art, designed once and built specifically for you. Because of that:
All sales are final
Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled once payment is complete. Full payment is required at checkout and design work begins shortly after. No changes can be made once the design has started.
Before you order
- Check your size carefully against our Sizing Chart. Sizing errors are the customer's responsibility.
- Patch selection and placement are curated by DejaDezignd to keep every piece cohesive and one-of-one. Patches are chosen within your selected theme and are not individually customizable beyond that theme.
- All camo is authentic military surplus sourced from veterans. Natural wear, fading, or rugged character may be present. This is part of the history of the piece, not a defect.
If something is wrong
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a construction defect (loose patch, seam failure, or workmanship issue) or you received the wrong item, email info@dejadezignd.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll repair or remake the piece at no cost to you.
Damage from wear, washing, or improper care is not covered. Please follow our Care Instructions to keep your piece looking its best.
Patch Packs and add-ons
Add-on items are applied to your custom jacket and are also final sale.
